Book Three

Laura, one of Emily's closest friends, tell Emily some things that break her heart.Life is getting tough for laura,  but Emily doesn't know what to do about it. She wants to help -- but how?

Not only that, Emily herself is trying to deal with the fact that her other closest friend, Amy, is moving a few hours away.

It's not until Emily's forced to go to a Christian Kids Club that she learns how to help Laura just by listening to a simple story in the Bible. Does God really speak to Emily through Bible stories? Will this story comfort Laura like Emily's been wanting to but didn't know how?

One of Emily Winston's closest friends, Amy, is going on a five day holiday! Amy really wants to go because she is so bored of Gate Town, Victoria. That's Laura and Ruby help Emily start planing Amy's welcome home party.

But something gets in the way: A school bully named Tiffany. Laura says she's going to get revenge for everything Tiffany has done...and she REALLY means it!

Not only does Laura get herself in a big mess, but Emily does as well. And it becomes a hard choice. Will she join in with Laura and get Tiffany back? Or will she stick to what she knows is right, and help Laura do the right thing as well?

The other day I was writing the 5th book in a series I've written. The series is for younger girls (about 7 - 10/9) and thought, hey, I could show you a few things, and give you a small... hmmm, what would you all it... review maybe, of this series. I'll start with the first book and go on from there (like to know what you think about the covers and all)

It's what every girl have to fight: coveting.

On Emily Winston's third year of school, her two closest friend's, Amy and Laura, wear the best closthes ever, and it seems so unfair to Emily that SHE doesn't get those cool clothes too.

But finally she gets what she wants. But then she wants more, and more. And that's when Mom realizes things aren't okay, and shows Emily something that changes her 'wanting' problem forever.

Emily never knew there were poor children, her age, in Africa -- she feels spoilt compared to them. Thanks to God, she gets a second chance, and next time she starts 'wanting,' Emily remembers how many things are ruined by coveting and how much she is blessed.
